New compensation types, company document folders and time off type colours

Additional compensation types 💰

We introduced support for additional compensation records. You can now create compensation types to record employees' recurring or one-time bonuses, as well as additional salary payments. This functionality is available as part of kiwiHR Plus.

Company document folders 📂

We have made it simpler to manage company files. From now on, you can better organise company documents using the newly introduced company document folders.

Time off type colours 🖍 

In this update, we introduce time off type colour customisation. This allows you to set a distinguishable colour for any added custom time off type so that it's easier to recognise different absence types.

New calendar legend 🗓

We took some time to spit and polish calendar legend to improve experience for companies with multiple time off types in use.

Project time tracking export 📊

We made exporting time tracking by project records possible from project reports, so you can share productivity insights easier with your team.
