Attendance timeboard ⏰

See who's clocked in, working remote, or out of office and what they're working on at a glance. Attendance timeboard allows you to view detailed information about employees' time entries on a single place on daily basis when using kiwiHR Plus.

Company time off usage reports 📊

If you're ever wondering how your team is spending their time off, you can see how many days time off type has been used during a period of time. This kiwiHR Plus feature will help you keep an eye on all leave types and enhance your absence management by spotting trends such as absenteeism or seeing if your team is taking the time off they deserve.

Additional employee events in company calendar 🗓

In this update, we introduce more events like probation end, employment start or employment end in the calendar and dashboard as well. These additional events help you stay organised with important human resources processes such as onboarding and offboarding.

Managing document folders 📂

Stay organised and manage your company and employee folder more easily directly from documents settings included on kiwiHR Plus. It will keep your cabinet files and desk uncluttered!

Time off request approvals and notes improvements 🌴

From now on, Admins and team managers can add comments when approving or declining time off requests. This new update allows for a more interactive and enjoyable time off approval experience.

Extending API support for time entries and projects

kiwiHR API gives you a way to access your company data in kiwiHR. This update allows you to  extend kiwiHR attendance functionalities with third-party integrations. You can access the documentation here.
