New approval processes
We have launched extended approval processes.
From now on, you can individually define for each employee who is allowed to approve expenses or leave requests.
Furthermore, a two-stage approval process has been added.

More flexible work schedules
With the growing amount of work time models, HR departments need solutions for time-saving management. Things get more flexible with our new work time schedules. You can easily choose between different models: a defined schedule, the number of expected hours or flexible working days.
Better permission overview
Get a better overview of the permissions across the solution. Know which employee can access or edit data. This feature is available on all pages within the system.
E-mail notification panel
From now on, all users in kiwiHR can adjust the settings for e-mail notifications in their employee profile under "Account". Decide for yourself which notifications you would like to receive by email.
