Payroll improvements and change history

A lot has changed in the preparatory payroll accounting.
Here two major ones:

New change history

A change history for employee personal data is now available in kiwiHR. It allows you to track changes of address, bank data or other personal data.

Only available for kiwiHR Plus users

Improved exports

The exports in the preparatory payroll accounting have been improved, resulting in a better overview of time off requests.

You will find an additional export for changes in salary related data.

Only available for kiwiHR Plus users

Custom employee data fields 

You can add custom fields to the employee profile, if important data is missing.

You can choose between various field types of content: text, date and number.

These fields will also be included in the employee data export.

Improved date picker

The interface to select dates has been made more user friendly. Jumping to different months and years has become much easier. From desktop as well as from mobile devices.

This applies to: requesting absences, filtering time periods, and selecting a date (e.g. start of employment).

• Improved behavior of auto-filled time entries when requesting time-off retrospectively

• Improved content of entries in change history if they were done automatically by the app

• Fixed behavior of records connected to deactivated users accross the app

• Fixed custom time off type names in data reports

• Fixed validation for employment end field

• Fixed reporting of uncategorised time entries in time tracked by project report export

• Fixed displaying public holidays for other locations in the calendar daily view

• Fixed behavior of single select field search function
