Daily overtime calculation, access rights for folders, and payroll overview
We have developed a few new features for you again. Discover the new access permission for folders, our improved time off requests overview, invoices, and payroll overview.
Improved time off requests overview 🏖
Enjoy a cleaner time off requests overview. With the new view, now you are able to select not only custom time periods, but also filter by time off type or status. Whichever criteria you select, can be exported in seconds.
Daily overtime calculation ⏰
You can now track overtime more accurately with daily overtime calculations. kiwiHR will calculate overtime hours for you on a daily basis, if preferred.
Balances overview is now even clearer 🔍
This area has also been improved and is easier on the eyes. The relevant information and view is just a click away and can be exported at any time.
Regulate access permissions to folders 🔐
Give the right access to the right people prevent information from getting into the wrong hands. You can now define the access rights for each folder type. This applies to both company and employee folders. This function is available in the kiwiHR Plus.
All payroll at a glance 👀
In the "Payroll" tab you will find a list of all your employees and their payroll information (basic salary and additional types of remuneration) which can also be exported in seconds. This module is available in the kiwiHR Plus.
All invoices in one place 🧾
Now you can access invoices at any time under the Settings > Billing tabs. Only the account owner have access privileges to this area.
