Find all your employee expense records gathered in one place. You will no longer need to stumble upon paperwork or emails to find them. Employees can easily record their expenses and quickly snap a digital copy or receipts even from their mobile. kiwiHR organises everything for you. You won’t miss a thing!
Bring HR and payroll together in one place
In other news, we’ve expanded preliminary payroll on kiwiHR with attendance and time off records. This helps simplify communication between HR and accountants. Furthermore, you can easily export or print all employees' preliminary payroll data and share it with accountants to start your payroll process.
Less paper and more convenience with digital payslips
Build a trustworthy relationship with employees by providing easy access to payslips. With kiwiHR preliminary payroll you can upload digital payslips, which can be easily distributed and are especially helpful when working remotely.
